Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work assignments and set priorities by leveraging company policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicate progress, address improvement opportunities, and adapt to change and feedback.
• Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (such as single and double pallet jacks, lift pacers). Identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight using warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners. Maintain accurate records, logs, and forms.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Implement action plans, utilize the Open Door Policy, and apply ethical standards in all business processes.
• Keep the work area organized and maintain efficient freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using pallet jacks or powered equipment. Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.30 - $24.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
