Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of plastic products.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
