Requirements: 3 months manufacturing / industrial work history in the last 12 months documented within the application and/or uploaded resume.

Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.

Job Description: Skilled Operator All Shifts Vicksburg Plant

This application is for one of our Skilled Operator positions in our Facility. This will entail operation of a machine as assigned shift and position will be determined DURING PHONE SCREENING BY RECRUITER.

OPERATOR ROLES needing to be filled:

LINE OPERATOR

The Line Operator is responsible for setting up and operating equipment used in the manufacturing of food products. This position supports continuous product flow while maintaining quality, food safety, and compliance with Tyson policies and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

BAGGER

The Bagger Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring bagging equipment to ensure fresh product is accurately packaged, sealed, and prepared for downstream processing. This position supports continuous product flow while maintaining quality, food safety, and compliance with Tyson policies and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

BREAD/BATTER

The Breader/Batter Operator is responsible for preparing, operating, and monitoring breading and batter application systems to ensure fresh product is coated accurately, consistently, and in accordance with quality, food safety, and production standards. This position plays a critical role in product appearance, yield, and food safety while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

BREADER

The Breader Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring breading application systems to ensure fresh product is coated accurately and consistently in accordance with quality, yield, and food safety standards. This position supports continuous product flow while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.

FRYER

The Fryer Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling fryer equipment to ensure fresh product is cooked safely, consistently, and in accordance with quality, food safety, and production specifications. This position plays a critical role in product quality, yield, and food safety while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a fresh food manufacturing environment.
