Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Turret Setup Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and preparing turret machines for production, ensuring everything is running efficiently and producing high-quality parts.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operators, troubleshoot issues, and help keep production moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Set up turret machines and prepare them for production runs
• Install, adjust, and align tooling and equipment
• Troubleshoot machine or process issues and help find solutions
• Monitor production and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency
• Perform inspections and quality checks before and during production
• Ensure materials and components are available and meet quality standards
• Support and train machine operators on setup and inspection techniques
• Maintain equipment and keep your work area clean and organized
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Assist with operator duties as needed
• Help train new team members when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine setup or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Comfortable using measuring tools and basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Dependable with good attendance
• Team player with a positive attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Shift Differential: $2

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM (4-day work week)
