Tumbler Operator
3rd Shift, 10:00PM-6:30AM, Sunday - Thursday
Hourly rate $18.50 - $25.00 DOE (plus 20% shift differential)
Ability to work overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Sets up and operates all vibratory and glass bead blasting equipment.
JOB DUTIES:
- Verify that lot cards have all previous operations signed off.
- Select proper grade of media and compounds and installs in predetermined amounts, with proper parts.
- Operate machines to their predetermined time.
- Operate and maintain various dry blasting equipment.
- Operate the LPL Robot, including rack maintenance.
- Responsible for supplies/inventory requisitions.
- Ensure parts produced are regularly inspected for quality.
- Employees assigned to the work on either the Harper Buffer or Acme Buffer are NEVER allowed to enter the machine room unless the following has occurred:
- Employee has been trained in Company Lock Out/Tag Out program. The proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures have been followed, machine is locked out.
- Temporary employees are NEVER allowed in the Buffers machine rooms.
- Cleans machines daily and keeps work area orderly.
- Performs preventative maintenance as required.
- Performs any other duties as directed by Supervisor or Management personnel.
- Implement proper safety procedures.

EDUCATION &/ OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both written and orally.
- Forklift experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
