Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC/Plasma Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience operating CNC and plasma cutting machinery, with a strong understanding of machine setup, data input, and basic troubleshooting. This role is essential to maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Operate CNC and plasma cutting machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
Load and input job data into machines using appropriate software or control systems.
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Perform routine maintenance and assist with mechanical problem-solving to minimize downtime.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.
2–3 years of experience operating CNC and/or plasma cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
