Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week, with potential for overtime)

Job Summary:
 We are seeking a skilled CNC/Plasma Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience operating CNC and plasma cutting machinery, with a strong understanding of machine setup, data input, and basic troubleshooting. This role is essential to maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC and plasma cutting machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
  • Load and input job data into machines using appropriate software or control systems.
  • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with mechanical problem-solving to minimize downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–3 years of experience operating CNC and/or plasma cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
