Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden and metal trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or construction is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
