At Shaw Industries, our truck drivers are vital to the success of our logistics and supply chain operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of a diverse range of high-quality flooring products from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to distribution centers and retail locations across the region.

In this role, you will ensure that deliveries are made punctually while strictly adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough pre-trip inspections of your vehicle, maintaining accurate delivery records, and effectively communicating with dispatchers to coordinate routes and schedules. Your efforts will play a key role in maintaining the seamless flow of materials, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Shaw Industries.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• Minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, OR 3 out of the last 5 years of commercial roadway driving experience, OR a minimum of 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary.
• Commitment to upholding and prioritizing a culture of safety in all duties.

Position Details:

• Location: Taunton, MA
• Competitive Pay: $31.97 per hour
• Quarterly Driver Safety Incentive
• Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with a 6:00 AM start time (subject to change) must fill in for 2-day runs
