How You Will Make an Impact

As a Level III Technician, you are the backbone of our installation team. Working under the Shop Supervisor, you’ll transform standard trucks into specialized workhorses. From mounting massive dump bodies to fine-tuning complex hydraulic systems, your work ensures our customers can get the job done.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Expert Installation: Mount and install service utility bodies, stake bodies, and dump bodies.
• Customization: Outfit vehicles with hitches, shelving, ladder racks, and commercial accessories.
• Technical Mastery: Execute complex electrical wiring and hydraulic setups.
• Leadership: Use your experience to mentor and train junior mechanics.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow PPE requirements.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a technician who is independent, detail-oriented, and mechanically gifted.

Required Credentials:

• Welding Expert: 2+ years of experience with both metal and aluminum.
• Electrical Pro: 2+ years of electrical wiring experience with the ability to build schematics.
• Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Tool Savvy: Proficiency with power hand tools (and possession of your own basic toolset).
• The "Plus" Factor: Experience with complex hydraulics is a major advantage!
