## Responsibilities
Operate and maintain various machines in the trim shop, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Trim and finish products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
