Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trim Line Utility Operator to join our manufacturing team on the third shift. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of trimming and finishing processes for metal fabrication, utilizing a variety of advanced machinery and tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment such as CNC laser cutters, press brakes, stamping presses, and other forming machines. Attention to safety standards, precision measurement, and quality control are paramount in this position. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where mechanical expertise and manufacturing knowledge drive production excellence.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of continuous employment with the same company within the last 5 years.
• Previous experience as a technical operator in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and work as part of a team.

Job Overview

• Operate a punch press to produce quality parts according to production specifications.
• Load parts into the punch press and operate the machine using designated controls.
• Inspect completed parts for quality before moving them to the next process.
• Place finished parts into a dip tank following established procedures.
• Load treated parts onto a carousel for the heat-treating process.
• Cross-train on multiple positions within the Roll Form Department to support production needs.
• Follow all safety, quality, and work instruction standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
