Traveling Welder - $32-$36/Hour + Paid Housing + Per Diem

Position Title: Traveling Welder

Pay Rate: $32-$36 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

Travel: 100% Travel Required

Housing: Company-Paid Housing

Per Diem: $45/Day

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Traveling Welders for long-term industrial and manufacturing projects across the United States. This position is ideal for welders who enjoy travel, steady work, and competitive pay. Company-paid housing and a daily per diem are provided while on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair metal structures and components.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
• Travel to project locations and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a weld test and pre-employment screening.
• Experience in structural steel, fabrication, pipe welding, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project-based work.
