Job Summary
As an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician, you bridge the gap between mechanical muscle and electrical brains. You'll troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and controls; solving the kind of complex problems that bring production to a halt and getting the line moving again fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in manufacturing environments
• Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC systems, 480v 3‑
phase motors, fluid power, and mechanical systems
• Perform medium to high‑
level machine troubleshooting and repair
• Support production operations with technical expertise across electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience (applications without this will not be considered)
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (inputs/outputs, program changeouts)
• Experience with FactoryTalk or similar HMI software
• Skilled in sensors, photo eyes, limit switches, solenoids
• Mechanical systems knowledge: bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes
• Hydraulics & pneumatics expertise
• High and low voltage troubleshooting using a multimeter
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, kneeling, crawling)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel 100%
