Approximately 80% of work will be travel-based to locations within the United States.
Installation of new equipment and systems
Configuring hardware and software components after installation
Field supervision of third-party installation contractors
Troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
Operation and maintenance training for clients
Hydraulic actuation system service and repair
Instrument calibration
Valve and pump service and repair
Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process
Other duties as assigned
High School graduate, GED, or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Mechanical aptitude with a high level of problem-solving skills
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to climb ladders and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work successfully as part of a team and independently with moderate supervision
Willingness to travel and work according to a changing schedule
Ability to work in dirty and confined spaces
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
