Traveling CNC Machinist

$38-$46/Hour + Paid Housing + $45/Day Per Diem

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, and multi-axis equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Load programs, set offsets, perform tool changes, and make machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to improve quality and efficiency
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Travel nationwide to support customer manufacturing operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, or similar controls
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide
