What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert at customer sites, delivering high-level electrical and multi-craft maintenance support. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex systems while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems (24V–480V, 3-phase, motors, drives, PLCs)
  • Perform both preventive maintenance and break/fix troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
  • Troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley & Siemens preferred)
  • Identify and resolve issues—even without schematics
  • Support and improve conveyor systems, motors, and automation equipment
  • Install, test, and upgrade electrical components and systems
  • Train and mentor less experienced technicians
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with site leadership
  • Uphold and promote a strong safety culture at all times

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10+ years of hands-on electrical or multi-craft maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial environments
  • Experience with PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently at customer sites
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism
  • Willingness to travel 75%+ and work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Electrician, Journeyman, or equivalent experience
  • Background in instrumentation & controls
  • Experience with automation systems and advanced troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Suite

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
  • Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and maneuver throughout job sites
  • Ability to safely work on industrial surfaces and wear required PPE
