Under general supervision, this position serves as the Treasury Travel & Expense Card Program Administrator and is responsible for the day to day management of the corporate card program to meet the needs of the Company Affiliates.  Responsible for reviewing and approving new credit card requests and applications, overseeing the Affiliate Program Administrators, and is the main liaison between the bank and cardholders. Acts as a contact for questions from Affiliate Program Administrators and cardholders. Audits the program and collaborates with the Travel Accounting Departments, ITS and the Travel & Expense Management System team to ensure all is running smoothly.  
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and approve new credit card requests, applications, and close accounts.
  • Answer questions and resolve issues from cardholders and administrators.
  • Responsible for granting credit limit exceptions and to open or close expense category types for cardholders as needed. May provide advanced, final tier of support to company travelers.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to resolve moderately complex issues and institute best practices.
  • Perform program audits to ensure business processes are followed.
  • Assist in the training and support of Program Affiliates in all areas of the Travel & Expense card day to day program management.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating practices and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
