At Serta Simmons Bedding, we’re looking for a Transportation Supervisor to lead our daily fleet operations, ensure DOT compliance, and drive safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.

REQUIRED:
HS Diploma and 10+ years' experience in transportation related field with 5+ years minimum experience is fleet management, with direct driver supervision.
Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
Familiarity with Federal, State and local health and safety regulations.
Experience working with data driven measurements and metrics for functional areas.
Some experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
PREFERRED
Bachelor's degree in transportation or supply chain related field.
Lean training / certification.
Work involves exposure to usual hazards found in a manufacturing environment.
Work also involves occasional lifting of product, up to 100lbs.
