Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the transloading process to ensure timely and accurate transfers of freight.
• Monitor and manage email communications to ensure requests and issues are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflows and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all transloading activities.
• Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of transloading processes and freight handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
