Description:

We’re hiring an Operator II to support advanced product manufacturing in a clean, cGMP‑regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical trade experience, construction or machining backgrounds, precision based technical work, as well as new graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing/Industrial Technology who want hands‑on experience with complex equipment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
  • Execute R&D, scale‑up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
  • Conduct in‑process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
  • Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged to apply
  • OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
  • Good math skills and comfort with precision work
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours
  • Must pass OSHA‑compliant Respirator Fit Test

Type:  Full-Time Position

Schedules Available:

Night Shift – 12-hour per day, rotating schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), 3 days on week 1 and 4 days on week 2 of pay cycle

Day Shift – 12-hour per day, rotating schedule (6:00am-6:30pm) 3 days on week 1 and 4 days on week 2 of pay cycle
