Job Title: Coordinator Technician Services / Training Reports To: General Manager Technical Services Job Summary:The Coordinator, Technician Services / Training will support the Product Specialist and Training Department across the Linder Territory. This role will ensure smooth coordination of training-related activities, maintain accurate training records, and assist with administrative, logistical, and reporting needs related to technical training services. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and report training records for each employee to the Training Managers.- Coordinate catering services for training sessions and corporate events held in Asheville.
- Provide Service Managers with up-to-date training reports.
- Assist with processing and coding of invoices related to training activities.
- Order and manage training materials through approved printing vendors for use at training and corporate events.
- Track Komatsu Technician Awards for all Linder technicians and submit award requests via Shamrock’s website in accordance with Komatsu guidelines.
- Manage and update the Technical Training SharePoint site, including reviewing pre-requisite course lists and assigning eligible employees to training classes
- Handle enrollment processes for all external training classes.
- Assist in renewing subscriptions related to engine manufacturers and other training resources
- Assist in management of online LMS’s (Learning Management System) Listed below:
- Komatsu –
- LMS Administration
- Create and register new users in LMS for Sales, Parts, Service using Saba DGS
- Track Linder's Training KPI status as related to Komatsu's goals
- Run reports from LMS for Komatsu Service Reps and LDR management
- Terminate users from LMS when employees are terminated in HR
- Approve and code invoicing from Komatsu for training
- Approve and code invoicing from Komatsu related to billing for LMS use
- Reset training quizes for users as needed
- Submit K-Requests to Komatsu for training related issues
- Cummins –
- Request access to QSOL for new users
- Request inactivations for QSOL users that have been terminated by HR
- Request Cummins training access for new users
- Assist technicians with navigating QSOL and Cummins training website
- Use Cummins WWSPS to monitor Linder branch qualification status for specific engine models
- Point of contact for Cummins Channel Readiness regarding tool and training requirements
- Update each branch's contact info annually for Cummins Channel Readiness
- Assist branches in obtaining tooling that is required by Cummins
- Deutz
- Assist technicians in the use of Deutz Learning Center online training
- Assist technicians in using Deutz Learning Center to enrol on ILT training
- Make online requests for Serdia adapter registrations for all branches/GPA's
- Maintain a list of Serdia adapters owned by Linder for all branches/GPA's
- Assist technicians in the use of Deutz TIS/ SIS/ Serpic applications
- Kubota Engines (Florida and Carolina's are separate intities)
- Create new users for KEA (Kubota Engine Academy)
- Inactivate users of KEA as they are terminated
- Assist technicians in navigating KEA
- Register new users for Diagmaster in KEP (Kuboat Engine Park)
- Receive monthly KEA report for all branches from Engine Power Source
- Kubota Ag
- Create new users for access to KU (Kubota University) online training website
- Inactivate users of KU as they are terminated from Linder TT
- Assist users in the use of KU
- Run training reports when requested by Linder TT management
- Other responsibilities as requested by manager
Education/Experience/Skill: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Experience in service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of products
- Minimum five years related experience
- Excellent communicator – verbally and in writing
- Strong computer skills

- Maintain a safe driving record as required by Company
- Position will be located in Concord, NC.
