Location: Pascagoula, Mississippi

$20–$25/Hour DOE + Growth Opportunities

We are looking for an energetic and driven Trades Recruiter to help attract, hire, and place skilled trades professionals with our growing client base. This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll guide candidates from their first conversation through their first day on the job.

What You'll Do:

• Source and recruit skilled trades professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking

• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for open positions

• Coordinate interviews

• Work with the Operations team to assist them in the onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork for new employees

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

• Accompany new employees to client job sites when needed to ensure a smooth first day and successful placement

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively

What We're Looking For:

• **Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred

**

• **Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience is a plus

**

• **Strong communication and relationship-building skills

**

• **Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**

• **Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

**
