As a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer, you'll be a pivotal part of our ambitious team in Boise, ID, driving world-class TPM practices across Fab 4 manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the deployment and sustainment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices by translating standards and performance metrics into actionable priorities, scalable reporting, and automation solutions.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, IT, Facilities, suppliers and network TPM teams to deploy standards, share BKMs and remove barriers to consistent execution.
  • Connect cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance
  • Monitor and report TPM health through key metrics including IPO, 6S, equipment utilization, and preventive maintenance execution.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, notifications and automated workflows that improve data quality, reduce manual follow-up and provide timely visibility to fab efficiency and TPM performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance
  • Lead program communications by delivering status reporting, leadership reviews, and TPM forum content to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
  • More than 2 years’ experience as a semiconductor equipment engineer with mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL, Tableau, Python to drive projects and program improving Fab Manufacturing Availability and Unscheduled Down Metrics Outstanding ability to coordinate IPO and 6S audits and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or a minimum of 6 years of equivalent engineering experience.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining benchmarks, dashboards, and automated workflows
  • Confirmed ability to partner with various departments to deploy standards and remove execution barriers.
  • Knowledge of AI and its application to improve speed of execution, including experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
