A leading automotive supplier is hiring a Tooling Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire position that is on-site in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the tooling department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Manage personnel, assets, and inventory to optimize productivity and maintain workplace safety initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and production goals, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Support continuous safety and process improvements through training and safety audits.
• Foster a team environment, coaching staff and promoting employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in tooling or a related manufacturing setting.
• Journeyman Tool & Die maker certification or similar technical background preferred.
• Proven experience with Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong skills in KPI management and process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software tools.
