Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tooling operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tooling technicians and operators.
• Monitor tooling performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling processes.
• Manage tooling inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of tooling equipment.
• Provide training and support to team members on tooling best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tooling processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in using computer software related to tooling and manufacturing.
