• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to gather necessary data for cost analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of estimates for internal and client review.
• Monitor industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
• Assist in the evaluation of supplier quotes and tooling options.
• Provide support during project planning and execution phases to ensure alignment with estimates.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and revisions for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tooling estimator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, specifically for a company that makes tools fixtures and gauges.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of tooling processes and materials is a plus.
