We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tool Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Liberty, MO, 64068. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our tools and equipment are in top-notch condition, enabling our operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of tools and equipment.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in tool usage and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Order and manage inventory of repair parts and supplies.
• Provide training and support to staff on proper tool usage and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in tool repair or maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in tool repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
