Job Description

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC mills and lathes
• Perform precision machining and fabrication work
• Set up and operate surface grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Maintain close tolerances and quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Build, repair, and modify tooling, fixtures, and components
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

✅ Experience with mills, lathes, and surface grinders

✅ Strong machining and fabrication background

✅ Blueprint reading and interpretation skills

✅ Proficiency with precision measuring tools

✅ Knowledge of shop math and machining practices

✅ Tool Maker, Machinist, Tool & Die, or related experience preferred

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
