Job Description

We are seeking seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join our team on 2nd Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and supporting a high-quality manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

✅ Build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, dies, and gauges

✅ Operate tool room equipment to manufacture and repair tooling components

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, tool prints, and engineering drawings

✅ Perform tooling modifications and preventative maintenance

✅ Support production by ensuring tooling is operating efficiently and meeting quality standards

✅ Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 5 years of Tool Maker experience

✔ Experience with Manual and CNC Bridgeport Mills

✔ Experience operating Manual Lathes

✔ Proficient in Surface Grinding

✔ Ability to read and interpret tool prints

✔ CNC Mazak experience is a plus

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

✔ Commitment to attendance, quality, and workplace safety

Must pass drug screen and criminal background
