Job Summary

Key Responsibilities- Grind, shape, and modify precision cutting tools for use in production equipment

Manufacture and maintain tooling to meet performance, quality, and process requirements
Work collaboratively with machining, production, and engineering teams to support tooling needs
Evaluate tool performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and tool life
Maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality standards
Follow established processes and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized tool grinding area

Required Experience & Skills- Extensive experience in tool grinding and tool making
