** Experienced Tool & Die Techs Needed! **

Shift:1st M-F 6am-2:30pm

Pay:$29-40/hr BOE

Where: East side of Indianapolis

Evaluation Hire (or Direct Hire for right Candidate!)

Duties:

• Repair and maintain steel tooling using manual machines and precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and verify accuracy by reading blueprints and specifications.
• Support production by prioritizing tooling repairs, maintaining records, and collaborating with Engineering and Quality.

**Qualifications: **

• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with tooling or manufacturing equipment.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with solid math and measurement abilities.

You should be proficient in:

• Tape Measure Reading
• Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
• Blueprint Reading
