Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the tool and die team to meet production goals.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of tools and dies to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in tool and die making preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to have in depth understanding of Tool and Die Repair/Maintenance.
