SUMMARY
The Specialty Machine Level III position is to set-up, troubleshoot, train employees, and operate specialty machines to achieve all company targets and standards. Specialty machines include: Threadroll, Grind, Heading, Tooling, CNC, and Multi-spindle. Specialty III position must maintain the expected level of competency for specialty and production machines in accordance with skill assessments.
