Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and molds to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and adjust tooling for production runs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tools and dies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment.
• Document all repairs and modifications made to tools and dies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in tool, die, and mold repair and setup.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
