Responsibilities

Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
Set up and operate various machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Inspect and test completed tools and dies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain and repair existing tools and dies to extend their lifespan.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in tool and die making preferred.
Proven experience as a Tool Die Maker or similar role.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling materials.
