Responsibilities

• Perform tool changes and setups for various manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and maintain tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify tooling needs and improvements.
• Document tooling changes and maintenance activities accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in training new team members on tooling processes and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a tooling or machining environment.
• Strong understanding of tooling systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
