Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change form tools on Polybond and Thermobond lines
- Clean form tools and waterjet bucks
- Maintain all tool change equipment
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Special projects as necessary
Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong ownership in previous role
- Self driven and proven ability to work independently
- Accountable for their work and highly effective in getting the job done
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Proven strong work ethic in previous role
- High sense of urgency
- Current HI Lo license or ability to acquire one
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong housekeeping / 5S standards
- Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
- Ability and desire to work all hours required – including but not limited to daily/weekend overtime
- Must have completed lock out training with no violations of these procedures
- If selected, candidate must remain in new role for minimum of 6 months before pursuing other hourly production positions
