RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change form tools on Polybond and Thermobond lines
• Clean form tools and waterjet bucks
• Maintain all tool change equipment
• Load and unload tools and equipment
• Special projects as necessary

Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong ownership in previous role
• Self driven and proven ability to work independently
• Accountable for their work and highly effective in getting the job done
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Proven strong work ethic in previous role
• High sense of urgency
• Current HI Lo license or ability to acquire one
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong housekeeping / 5S standards
• Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
• Ability and desire to work all hours required – including but not limited to daily/weekend overtime
• Must have completed lock out training with no violations of these procedures
• If selected, candidate must remain in new role for minimum of 6 months before pursuing other hourly production positions
