Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tooling components, raw materials, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and heavier loads with mechanical assistance. Ability to stand and walk on concrete factory floors for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead are required to access or service machinery and presses. Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Must be able to precisely manipulate small parts, adjust delicate hand tools, and operate complex machinery controls. Close visual acuity is required to read fine micrometers, inspect intricate die surfaces for microscopic defects, and interpret technical blueprints. Visual capability must include depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to hear and distinguish subtle machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions in a noisy manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
