## Responsibilities
Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
Set up and operate various machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Inspect and test completed tools and dies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tool designs and processes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
Document and maintain records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.
Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and tool design principles.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
