Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Tool and Die Makers in NW Ohio for a top manufacturing company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production in metal stamping operations.

• Troubleshooting die issues, changing broken/worn tooling, preventative maintenance in the press and bench, and completing job set-ups on transfer and progressive dies.

• Set up and operate all tool room equipment, such as Mills, Grinders, and Lathes to machine parts.

• Assist production with problem-solving on tooling issues.

• Works from blueprints and sketches to create or modify tools and dies.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, reference material, diagrams, or other manufacturer's material related to the products to be machined.

• Must be able to set up and operate all tool room equipment and be familiar with machinery tools, able to operate a hoist and cranes.

• Able to machine a product within correct tolerances and dimensions utilizing tooling equipment and proper procedures.

• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker Certificate or 6+ years of proven experience working as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.

• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
