Basic Function:
- Responsible for
managing and assembling tooling projects, ensuring components meet specifications and deadlines. ⚙️
Key Responsibilities:
- ������ Participate in Pre-Build meetings to plan efficient manufacturing processes
- ������ Assemble tooling and verify machined components meet specifications
- ⚙️ Machine components using standard processes to required tolerances
- ������ Manage assigned tooling projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
Principle Duties:
- ������ Assemble components into completed tooling
- ������️ Set up and operate tools to manufacture components
- ������������ Train and mentor apprentices
Education & Experience:

Skills:
Advanced math, basic computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, strong communication
- ������
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship
OR
6 years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker

Experience:
3–5 years building progressive tooling (metal stamping preferred)
- ������
Certification:
Journeyman Card in Tool & Die
