Job Title: Titration

Reports to: Shift Supervisor at Specified Business Unit 

FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT

Pay Rate: Base $17.00 + $3.00 shift Premium

Schedule: 2pm – 12am Typically (4 x 10 hour shifts Monday – Thursday) extended hours/overtime may be required to support business needs.

Job summary:

Perform all aspects of the job involved in the Titration processes of Modineer Company.   Employees must follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure e-coat and powder-coat lines are chemically balanced.
• Performs hourly checks on oven temperature, pH of chemicals, and paint levels.
• Assists in daily/weekly cleanings of various equipment regarding all paint lines.
• Works with the quality team and production team to ensure a high-quality painted product.
• Keeps work area clean and free of debris.

Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Communication skills.
• Manual dexterity
• Undeterred from working with dirty equipment.

• Must be able to enter data and/or required information into computer system.
• Excellent attendance, attitude, and communication skills are critical.

Physical environment/working conditions: 

The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
