We are thermal processors in the aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, commercial, OEM, and power generation industries looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder.

+ Essential Job Functions

• Experience welding aluminum, stainless, and Inconel
• Material thickness ranging from .020" - .125"
• Make adjustments and verify proportions using a variety of measurement instruments
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Keep machines and workstations clean and organized
• Punctual attendance, attention to detail, & motivation
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Aerospace experience is a plus

+ Education and Experience

• Graduation from high school / GED -OR- experience in a variety of trades or manufacturing work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Compensation

• $20/hour+ (depending on experience)

• 40 hours of vacation after 1 year of employment (with the ability to earn up to 4 weeks (160hours)/year of vacation through long-term employment)

+ Working Conditions

• Hours of work Full Time - 1st Shift - 7:30AM-4:00PM
• If overtime is required Byron Products compensates with time and a half payment.

Uniform

• We provide 5 Sport-Tek embroidered polos and an embroidered ¼ zip sweatshirt to comply with dress codes.

+ Workplace Policies and Agreements

• Pre-Employment drug screen required and random drug test throughout the year
• Onboarding, Safety Training, Quality Training and Job Training are paid at your standard hourly rate and will be required before preforming further work duties
• Policies are presented at onboarding

+ Evaluation and Review

• Annual performance reviews with your production manager will ensure employees know where they stand as well as providing an outlet for open communication between employees and managers.
