Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Travel TIG Welder to join our team and support various projects across the country. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on experience with TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other specialty metals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding operations on a variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminum.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Conduct inspections to ensure weld quality and compliance with specifications.
Travel to different job sites nationwide to support fabrication and installation projects.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience.
Ability to pass weld tests (AWS/ASME standards preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
Strong understanding of welding safety and best practices.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with short notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

TIG welding certifications (AWS, ASME).
Experience in pipe welding, sanitary welding, or aerospace-grade welding.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Previous experience in a travel-based role.
