Job Description

A well-established fabrication shop in Clinton Township is hiring a skilled TIG Welder/ Fitter to support custom stainless projects. This is a direct hire, full-time role paying $26–$30/hr, depending on experience, with consistent overtime available.

What You’ll Do

• TIG weld custom fabricated parts from start to finish

• Fit and assemble components prior to welding

• Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings

• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and penetration

What We’re Looking For

• Strong TIG welding experience in a fabrication environment

• Hands-on fitting experience is required

• Stainless steel welding experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and fabricate accurately

What’s Offered

• Monday–Friday, 50–55 hrs/week
