We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tig Welder / Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Hastings, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality aircraft components. Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on various metals, including carbon steel, aluminum and thin wall stainless tubing, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Fabricate metal components and assemblies according to project requirements.
Conduct inspections of welds and finished products for quality assurance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as a TIG welder and fabricator.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
