TIG Welder / Fabricator
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team at a confidential client facility. This role focuses on high-quality welding and fabrication tasks, specializing in stainless steel and high-alloy materials, within an exclusively indoor shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precision welding and fabrication on stainless steel and high-alloy pressure vessels in an industrial setting.
Execute layout, assembly, and construction of diverse projects, ranging from small vessels and piping to large-scale heat exchangers.
Utilize various welding processes, with a primary focus on TIG, MIG, and Flux Core. Openness to other processes such as Sub Arc, RMD, Short Circuit, Spray, and Pulse Spray is highly valued
Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn and apply new welding techniques.
Strictly adhere to all safety standards and protocols, including procedures for working in confined spaces or at heights.
Requirements
Interview Process:Candidates will be asked to complete a welding sample during the interview to assess their experience level.Please bring your own Personal Protective Equipment (welding PPE) to the interview.
Willingness to learn and master additional welding processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with pressure vessels.
Experience welding stainless steel and high-alloy materials.
Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding (preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans for accurate fabrication.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Work Environment
This position is based exclusively indoors in a shop setting. Candidates should be prepared for the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in varying positions.
Work Schedule
Option 1:Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Option 2:Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
