Job Description

Responsibilities:

• TIG welding of aluminum products
• Selecting equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding of steel and various high temperature and super alloys
• Grinding and deburring parts as needed
• Layouts, positions, aligns and fits components together using fixtures or templates as needed
• Bolt, clamps, and tack weld parts using arc, gas, shielded arc or gas welding equipment per requirements
• Assemble parts by bolting and fixturing per prints
• Rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts following instructions
• Operating various types of welding equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with TIG welding with aluminum
• Able to weld a thickness of .060
• Ability to read and understand prints

Hours:

Monday through Friday – First shift – 7am to 3:30pm

or

Monday through Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am

The pay is up to $28 hour an hour based on experience
