Responsibilities:
- TIG welding of aluminum products
- Selecting equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding of steel and various high temperature and super alloys
- Grinding and deburring parts as needed
- Layouts, positions, aligns and fits components together using fixtures or templates as needed
- Bolt, clamps, and tack weld parts using arc, gas, shielded arc or gas welding equipment per requirements
- Assemble parts by bolting and fixturing per prints
- Rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts following instructions
- Operating various types of welding equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with TIG welding with aluminum
- Able to weld a thickness of .060
- Ability to read and understand prints
Hours:
Monday through Friday – First shift – 7am to 3:30pm
or
Monday through Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am
The pay is up to $28 hour an hour based on experience
