We’re looking for skilled and motivated TIG Welders to join our growing team on first shift. What You’ll Do:

• Perform TIG, on steel, stainless, or aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain equipment and work area to company safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience TIG welding light gauge stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team
